How do I return an item? Refund Policy

Aequare wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most articles are accepted only for credit or exchange, and only if defective in workmanship or quality as determined by Aequare. Requests for return must be made within 15 days of date of delivery.
We guarantee that the chocolates will leave our facility in peak condition. If you are unsatisfied with your products we will gladly refund your purchase price, not including shipping charges. Products returned must be in absolutely new, unused, and uneaten condition for refund.
If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item.
